Refund policy

 

If at any time and for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations simply return it for an exchange or a refund. Purchases are accepted within 30 days of the delivery for a refund. Return window starts on the item's delivery date. If the delivery date is unavailable, the return window starts on item's fulfillment date plus a buffer for transit time.

You must pay the discounted rate to ship the item(s) back to Lucidity Headquarters.

Once you request a return you will need to wait for the return to be approved. Once approved you will receive the prepaid shipping label. 

Please indicate your reason for returning the item(s) on the packing slip you received with your purchase. Package the item(s) and the packing slip securely and affix the prepaid label from your invoice/packing slip to the package (covering any previous labels). This label doesn’t require any out-of-pocket money or additional insurance and can be dropped into the U.S. Mail at home, your office or any local Post Office. 

The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment once we receive the returned item(s).
